I didn't build the houses. If you have $1M or more to spend, you might be able to live there if you could ever convince one of the residents to sell. Cardboard? Nope. And before you accuse me of cookie cutter homes next, no two homes are alike, all were custom designed and built.

I just celebrated my 20th year of retirement this month and I'm only in my mid 60's. I was a hard working CS/EE that loved the technical challenge back in my working days. Now I've been a totally self-reliant man for the last 20 years. I answer to nobody. I am debt free, in good health, have friends (including a few residents in my development, they sure don't feel fucked over), toys, assets and very little to worry about other than the state of this nation. I'm beginning think the source of your unfounded hatred is envy? Marxism is the political embodiment of envy you know.
