For a company I do work for, I am forced to use their proprietary software and their call center.

I fucking hate when they have an issue (undoubtedly caused by some DEI hire) that causes me to have to call into their call center only to be met with some African bitch, who speaks English POORLY. Even if she didn't exhale all of that breath as if she were speaking her native tongue, and even if she didn't have a very weird rolling "r", I still wouldn't be able to understand her name as she mumbles. Then when asking my name, a very common name in the English speaking world, I have to spell it out for her. Imagine being asked how to spell something like Bob, Rod, Rob, Brent, Chad, you know, simple one syllable names that don't have any fucked up nigger variation of spelling it.

Telling her the issue was another thing altogether. Knowing that I was talking to someone with a sub 100 IQ (sub 90, 80 or even 70 most likely) I used simple words, didn't get technical etc. Immediately after telling her that I refreshed, closed and opened the programs, cleared caches and rebooted a few times, guess what she asked me? Go on. Guess. That's right. She asked me if I tried to refresh, close and open the program, cleared the cache and rebooted.

Why the fuck anyone would invest millions of dollars developing software, wanting to come across as being smart, sophisticated and elegant, and then have your front workers be objectively stupid is beyond me.

Being the guy who takes spanish calls is a snoozefest job because hardly anyone ever presses that.
