I hear ya, but sadly I think we truly have reached a point in the (((American food supply))) that unless you grow every bit of your own food you’re kinda fuk’d. That’s not to say they couldn’t make better choices at the grocery store and avoid the total goyslop provided at the convenience stores altogether for sure. I’m so disgusted by our oh so benevolent (((FDA))) that turns out to be just another deep cutting blade in the ongoing (((death by a thousand cuts))) programming placed upon us. For the health, safety and national security of our nation that is one place where a lot of hangings for treason should begin.

You can still watch your diet and hope for the best!

Short of owning a good farm or moving out of the US that’s your only choice. Lol, and then you have, is it really organic if you’re growing food under a chemtrailed sky?

The cheapest foods are bulk from distributors. They can afford it. The majority are too low-IQ, impulsive, and/or mentally ill to cook for themselves.

Plus Doritos taste sooo good when you're high and my food stamps pay for them!

"Niggers can't afford to eat healthy."

But they never have, and can't. Norman Borlaug doomed the planet. The mongoloid and nigger diet is 95%+ carbohydrates. His work fed "the poor" which have quadrupled in population because of him.

How much does a 5lb bag of rice cost? How much does a 5-7lb package of chicken breast cost? How much does salt cost? How much does pepper cost? How much does butter cost? How much does milk cost? How much does broccoli cost? How much do peppers cost?

I just gave you 90 meals for less than $80.

dude, logic? applied to a niggerproblem? get outta here lmao

Yeah, if you want to eat carbs, I never ever eat out. But I can no longer afford my high protein diet. I have recently been adding more carbs and I feel like it also.

Chicken and pork are still kinda reasonability priced.

[–] 1 pt

Now you have to worry what goes in it unless you can afford a side of beef you know where came from, or mail order it.

[–] 3 pts

Good point. I haven't been thinking of that. I do buy from a local butcher who has good farm supplier, but I also buy a lot of meat from BJ's and Costco; so who knows wtf they are putting in that.

You have some land right? Make a coop, breed some chickens and get the eggs going. You can sell excess eggs or trade for other meat.

Is it free range - or cage/pen barn raised tho?.

You don't "eat healthy". You "eat healthily (or healthfully)." Healthy is an adjective. Adjectives do not modify verbs such as "eat" in the sentence. Healthily and healthfully are adverbs and can modify "eat". "Eat healthy" is nigger speak. Don't do it.

Thank you for the correction!

You're too dumb to eat healthy

There are plenty of tasty recipes that are cheap and healthy. All it requires is to put in the work to cook and store for future use. But zap in the microwave plus chips is easier. Get diabetes fatty.

and store for future use

Forethought is not their strongpoint.

You're not wrong. Eating out and fat ass food is more expensive than buying groceries and planning out meals for the week. Yeah I eat cereal and I do like Egg McMuffins but I also know how to cook eggs, a piece of ham, and toast a bagel. People are just too fucking lazy and it's not just niggers.

[–] 0 pt

The price of McDonald's breakfast is fucking crazy now.

[–] 1 pt

Last time I was over there it was like $9.00 for Egg McMuffin and two sausage burritos. Goyslop?...yes. Yummy?...you bet your ass. But I can make a week's worth for $9 ingredients.

Yep it is quite the markup they are getting. I understand labor prices are higher and of course they their fixed costs for the building etc, but 9 bucks is a pound of ham or like 5 dozen eggs!

There's a very high correlation between BMI and lack of intelligence.

'nough said.

If the government actually cared about people, instead of filling their ebt card they would ship them boxes of cheap, healthy food - rice, dried fish jerky, cheese from their giant cavern, potatoes, etc.

I'm all for bringing back soup kitchens of some sort. Maybe at local schools in the evening, you'd have to actual go stand in line to get fed. There would be zero choice in menu. If you're hungry enough you'll eat what they have.

We have made public assistance way too easy and without shame. That needs to change.

I once heard a man say, "You don't need more money, you waste whatever you get now. You just suck at being poor."

[–] 1 pt

Ha!

That's actually a really good statement. I'm going to remember that one.

They don't even need to cook.

You can buy bags of salad, with dressing + toppings at the grocery store.

They need to learn how to do basic math and future problem solving.

Many people think they are eating healthily with salad, but then dump 400 calories of dressing on it.
