Most people move jobs every 18 months or so, and these ass fucks want 2 years of consistency. All the rules being made now for new loan applications are intentionally made to fuck over small business owners, people who work in volatile industries (all of them really), people who have dependents, people who want to be entrepreneurial, etc. And yet the Jews who make these rules create fictitious jobs all the time, or move up the ranks, and then close the doors behind them. I swear, the fucking collapse cant come soon enough, this shit makes my blood boil

Its super ironic that most other countries ban the practice of letting foreigners buy a property without at least a native co borrower, but America does not. Really goes to show, we mean fucking nothing as citizens of the US

You only need 3 months in the uk. You won't get a mortgage if you're self employed AT ALL unless the company pays you an exact amount every month, then they say yes.

I was whistling this same tune about 10 years ago, I just saved my nickels and when the housing crash came in 2008-2014, I was ready. bought it as a single owner with no $ down. (VA guaranteed loan). Things rarely stay the same , as much as they try to control it, they can't plan everything. Be responsible and you will get there.
