Why would it be for them? We’re talking about peoples with thousands of years of history, you don’t become one of them just by being born near them. North American white nationalists really don’t seem to understand nationalism in Europe at all.
North American white nationalists
That is a major non sequitor. Nobody is talking about that. Well, except you I guess.
become one of them
I don't know what you think that means, but I would expect my family to assimilate into whatever culture we move to, to the extent that we are able to maintain our faith.
I didn't say birthright was sufficient for anything. It is almost certainly necessary.
Like the third and fourth generation mexicans who still believe they’re mexicans?
I don’t accept them as Americans, why would poles except you?
Now if it was Germany with a national movement, I’d have no problem, both parents 100% German, we just haven’t lived there since before WWI
Like the third and fourth generation mexicans...?
No. The exact opposite. Listen - I don't appreciate people who just come here to mooch and refuse to integrate. Around here, it's more Indians and Pakis. They haven't learned to drive, speak English with the friends/family, or wear deodorant!
I would not be like that. I don't know if they would accept me (my kids) or not. The point is that I would try to remove barriers, which is - as you pointed out - unlike what most immigrants to the USA do.
