I supposed. I schedule my projects, equipment time, technical paperwork, etc.
If you're anything more that a lineworker who sits in front of a belt doing widgets you'll be doing some of that, so I wouldn't call it core competency of my job. It's just something that has to be done to get things out the door so I can get paid.
