I prefer audiobooks where the narrator doesn't change their voice, just their cadence. No one wants that. They expect a radio play so I have to play the game as best I can. I use shitty text to voice when listening to a book and knitting because I can't handle the modern narration. I used to listen to the serial killer back in the day lol.
