"Block Busting" - a favorite tool of kikes pushed into White communities since the 50s. They used jew financing as a wedge to force niggers into White neighborhoods and simultaneously waged campaigns of lies, subversion and vilification of the Whites that dared to resist it, fight against it or move out of the area for their own safety and the safety of their families.

EDIT: Take note of the very end where the kikess states clearly that the goal of forcing "diversity" is to force niggers into every White community so that there will no longer be anywhere left for Whites to go to where they can be free of niggers - that the goal is for there to no longer be White communities. And we know that is just a step in their goal for there to no longer be any White people entirely.

Absolutely and they have never stopped. They just hide behind various "causes" and laws or claim they are creating "low income housing"... Right next to one of the most expensive parts of a city, increasing population density 100x or more while insuring that the type of people moving in are guaranteed to lower values.

Eventually, after they own almost everything, they get laws changed to make high occupancy housing illegal or to remove it. Use public funds to buy it up because of "blight" then public funds to remove the now un-usable buildings.. After which, they then get the government to sell the very cheap land to a developer (that family or friends own) under the pretense of "redeveloping" the area and increasing property values. Rinse and repeat every few decades.
