Yeah... they are descended from the Indo Aryans, who were the first genetic line of white people. White people originated in Indo Asia... the Rh negative blood group. They founded civilization in the area that is now Iraq but were turned into mutts after numerous invasions over thousands of years... destroying the fidelity of their original blood lines. They were forced into Islam and forced into interbreeding. Whatever greatness they once had was crushed thousands of years ago and continues to be punished. Other groups from the Indo Asian originating point spread into Russia, Scandinavia, etc. Ghengis Khan was also of this blood line and his red hair still surfaces in Asia, to this day.
