The question is rubbish. A better question would be "Do you think there are pedophiles in high government positions in the USA?" Probably would have received a much higher percentage of "yes."
If they changed that to "Government is led by a bunch of self-serving, genuinely evil, people with secret clubs (some of which include human torture, sacrifice, and children)", I think we would get that number up to 80%.
