Are we just supposed to stay in our lanes? It's okay to be white AND check out what the BIPOC's are saying, in fact it's entertaining and fun in a satirical way.

Just sayin'. I look for the hate on a black forum called "lipstickalley"- replete with token White posters, and for my favorite homo hate I lurk "datalounge".

"Quiet quitting" only works if you give up the principle of excellence and go to a quota system. There can be no "quiet quitting" if workers are evaluated on the quality of their work rather than on their racial and sexual makeup.

Quiet firing is nothing new. Management has done this in union shop workplaces since the beginning of time. Even in non-union workplaces, firing someone is a total pain now. Transferring them to the middle of nowhere is the most common way to "slow quit" someone.
