The first main takeaway in regards to NLP is saturation and repetition. Neuroscience students, at one point, were given sea slugs to experiment on early in their curriculum. The exercise was to apply a piece of ice to it, briefly, then apply a small electric shock, which caused the sea slug to shrivel. Despite not having a brain, or even much of a notocord, their 20,000 or so neurons are able to learn the connection between the stimuli, on average, after about 12 shocks. Eventually, it will shrivel just at the touch of the ice. Armed with these two pieces of information, you can start to glean out how important it is not to allow yourself to be too saturated by certain messaging. On all "free speech" mediums, Mossad likes to use NLP to make everyone who doesn't agree with them to constantly fall back on "nigger" and "kike." This way, they are easier to discredit and stuck in a mental loop where people never really break through the generalizations and start naming specific names or start doing specific research. The good news is that you can start participating in your own neurolinguistic programming and expose yourself to alternative sources of information. If you have kids, you can apply the rules of 12 to teaching them anything new... make them learn the same thing 12 times, in 12 ways, and they'll never forget.
