I do't think the consumption of any of those things created the problem. We have someone who did not value his own life and experience and as a result had no respect,care or kindness for anyone elses. We had this child in our society for 18 years and this is his response to that. What did he learn in those early years that made this a viable response? Kudos to the Border Patrol Officer who put a stop to this. One wonders where the Police were that the border patrol got there first.
