Because of people eating over there thinking outsourcing everything to random shitholes is just fine
I mean once people accept that, they can accept anything. From that point, the leadership concluded their customers are just dumb animals, so they decided to put a video of another idiot so they can have company
It's just like H1B1 visas, it's pretty much the same deal, but cheaper
In the end that's just another scheme to divert your money to some random shithole so they can spend it over there, while you get to pay the social cost evidently, as usual, in the form of welfare for people that should be employed over here instead
