It's frustrating too. There's been a clearly noticeable increase in stalls not being available at truck stops and rest areas (I'm sure other places too) since everyone started owning smart phones. Everybody is sitting in there for half an hour scrolling mindlessly.

When I was about ten in the mid eighties I went on a school camp in Australia and this abo kid threw another kids cloths down into the long drop at the camp ground we were staying at. So the teachers tied a rope around the abo kids waist and lowered him down into the toilet to retrieve the cloths. After that he got the strap (leather belt) around his backside for being a cunt on school camp.
