It's not that well organized. Jews are not original thinkers, they're just masters at exploiting situations for their own gain. So even real crisis that demand real measures can be guaranteed to be infested with jews hijacking it for profit. Look at the jews Grant had to expel during the Civil War for plying their trade in wartime. Just because jews were profiting during the civil war doesn't automatically mean there was no civil war.
