Anyone, black or white, who isn't aware of racial differences is not paying attention, and has probably been brainwashed by media propaganda. Blacks are a lot less intelligent than whites. They almost never originate new research in science or create anything of value -- they are not inventive. They have lousy impulse control and cannot foresee potential future problems before they arise. This makes them terrible for positions of authority where planning is required, such as mayor of a city. They cannot think abstractly. For example, they can't really understand the concept of justice, which is why they are such poor lawyers and judges. From a white perspective, adult blacks are similar to badly behaved children. I'm not saying anything malicious or hateful here, I'm stating the reality. Anyone of any race who looks at racial characteristics honestly, without prior prejudice, will conclude the same thing, because it is obvious. Of course, there are a few exceptions -- but very few.
