I am fairly sure most egyptians were a middle-eastern/arabic race, not an european white. That includes the pharaohs. I know that there were some white people around because Rome and all that, but the egyptians were clearly not white.

I agree but I think all of the manual labor was blacks who were simply doing nothing but living in a mud hut and dying between 0-35. It was a mutual benefit to have them carry all of the stones for food and a place to live while the White people from Europe used their blueprints and engineering to direct the actual workers who were White as well using the supplies brought in by the nog laborers.
Fuck if I can remember where, but I read workers were paid in food and housing and free to leave after their contract was up. Any sources?
