That neocon lady who was testifying for Congress about ukraine bioweapons reflected a shift in Neocon support from Republicans to Democrats (specifically for Hilary Clinton) long before Trump declared for office. Just as soon as there was a whiff of populism/isolationism growing in the party, they decided Hilary was their girl.
