Or American. Or white. Or alive. The only bar is that they are children who have parents. Unspecified children, unspecified parents. I got the point of it, and it’s correct. It should have been “what are the odds that these children are linked to these powerful parents who have such a huge stake in this deception”. But that’s not what the meme asks.
