130 for transportation? It costs 84 bucks to fill my gas tank. My insurance is 130 a month. Then theres maintenance, new tabs every year, random shit like new tires etc. This bitch must ride public transportation.

I own a small house on 21 acres. My mortgage, property taxes, insurance all together is 790 a month. Shits cheap in rural areas. Or at least it was. The prices of land and houses out here have skyrocketed in recent years.

Damn where is this?? Anywhere I look (say southern Nashville about 20-40 minutes out of town for example) is minimum $2500 in rent for a 2bdrm or 3bdrm house with no land

Northeastern washington. Prices have gone up a lot recently, but they have everywhere. Still very cheap here compared to most places. If you spend time looking you can still find good undeveloped land for 1k per acre occasionally, which 10 years ago that was standard, and you could find good deals on cheaper land. Nice white rural area, but still politically fucked, being under the thumb of seattle / olympia. Large liberal population center on the coast controls state politics.

A single bedroom apartment in my non big city town is about $1,400/month, if you can even find one.

Internet, some of the cheapest in the nation, $45/month.

Health insurance? What about health expenses? On average my out-of-pocket scam cost more per year than the insurance itself.

My electric bill, also some of the lowest electric in the country, was almost $200 last month.

Who the fuck has a maid, much less a maid that works for $30/month?

What about saving for a house, having children? Who doesn't have children by 25?

I can get $30-35 a month for Internet service here, but that's only because most of the city has 3 service providers plus T-Mobile wireless. I can find an apartment for $850-ish, but it's just bare-bones in an area where you probably won't get shanked.
