If he is going to do these on a hotspot he is going to need to get a repeater or something, only way to get the upload bandwidth to do these. Also I'm just guessing he is doing this using a hotspot.

That might improve things. Not sure if it would be enough if he is on cellular he needs to get better signal somehow even if he has to stick the phone in a window or something.
