Derek has become aware of the mind control, good job on him. He mentioned some actual concepts like anchoring (saying something first to set the paradigm) and repetition (availability heuristic). If this message was to find him (I'm not on any of the platforms for various reasons so won't contact him there), look into prospect theory literature (Dan Ariely, Dan Kahneman, and books about cognitive biases for example) and read the protocols of Zion as a moral anti-thesis. You have to use these techniques if you ever want to red-pill people, because they won't listen to logic until they hit a state of cognitive crisis (when accepting the paradox becomes too mentally taxing). At this point in time, they will look for a new paradigm to settle into and you can begin to change the narrative. Thomas S. Khun wrote about this in a work called "The theory of Scientific Revolutions" if you want more information.
