I was reading an article about some Muslim dude trying to build a community and it made the assertion that it would be all muslim because non muslims would choose not to live there by choice. This is another way to explain racism.

The unfortunate thing for white people is non whites like living next to us. My tactic was to move where most non whites don't like: in the wilderness. It turns out that Indians, for example prefer living in highly dense population areas. Niggers prefer where the weather is hot, there is lots of welfare and there are lots of buildings.

So far, this has worked out well. I like the concept of segregation by choice.

That's how we started out - kinda. We moved closer to my work, which required a high income to live, and it was nice for a bit. Now the big city - Dayton, told us to fuck off since we're 'incorporated;' and they started shipping these fuckers in by the busload for 'access.' Now we have fat, and I mean fucking fat niggers and hood rats about the grocery, standing in the parking lot smoking nigger weed - shit wasn't like this two years ago (I make it a point to acknowledge them and make it known they are niggers acting like niggers). Now we have date-rape lookin' frat-boys teaming up and buying homes on the block for VRBOs so who knows who will show up day-to-day.. we're armed well enough, but still, it sucks to have to be at-the-ready and to even consider moving again.
