Yes. That's how it was posted at the source so I decided to go with it.
Ok, I figured they also reversed it, even though the "1. jews" is saying they control all the other race "below".
I didn't get it directly from twitter, but my guess is whoever initially reversed it did it because mentioning jews gets normies to recoil and skip the materials.
