I think it's actually a pretty good idea, regardless of the race of the students. Some people were never taught how to learn, and it is assumed that when they get to school they will just know how.

It's a shame that the state has to perform this remedial function, that should have been implemented by the parents during pre-school development, but with policies that stress the nuclear family, particularly encouraging women to work when they have young children, it is kind of inevitable.

A similar argument can be made in the prison system (for non-violent offences), that education and training that the criminal may have missed, in how to earn an honest living, is more likely to reduce recidivism than punishment / exclusion alone.

Obviously educators are either stupid, ignorant or blind. Niggers are unable to imagine repercussions. They can't help themselves. The only remedy is sending them back to Africa. There is no other option, unless you want to prevent cognitive dissonance and have drugs, guns and violence in your school.
