Apparently it's because some people don't want to wash their hair every time they shower. (That's what responses to the tweet are saying. Some are saying "put on a shower cap".)
I can get that people who wear hairdos would prefer to not have water coming straight down. I don't understand how she thinks only black people would have that opinion.
