I can't imagine working there after this announcement. Even if you want to increase diversity, why announce this mandate?
I guess Whites will just have to run their own banks now.

This is not how science works. If you think diversity is better, you compare the output of diversified teams to that of whites.
What other reason is there to create diversity?
This approach creates an environment of entitlement. It's one thing to ensure equal opportunity, it's another to force arbitrary mandates. The later creates dysfunction.
This is absolute economic suicide for America. You can't keep putting less qualified people into positions of trust, and expect things to just work out. They won't.
