We had golfball size hail and it hailed for 20 minutes. Thank God I had good tree coverage but I still lost my skylights, vent covers and awning. Total of $3000 in damage. Fortunately I'm set up to do my own repairs. The campground, with 120 sites in 100+ acres lost 20+ trees, only crushing 2 campers with no injuries. Tornado touched down 5 miles SE of us.

The first thing you learn when you live in your RV is keep an eye on the weather. I check my weather first thing in the morning, throughout the day and for sure before hitting the sack. If there is a threat of severe weather I might not go to bed.
