Fren has all of Coe's early works on his phone. Whenever he'd throw parties, he'd just stream random music from it to his Bose system. Coe would come up sporadically, and some of his early stuff could change dynamics for sure - but he always held one song in reserve. If it got late and people weren't leaving fast enough, he'd play Nigger Fucker and crank the volume up. Most people became uncomfortable (some never accepted another invite after that) and would leave pretty quickly. Fren and I would sing along!
