Yeah sort of, at least at the economic level. At ideological level you can have quite a lot of differences, depends on the "socialist" blend...

There's only one economic system, and it's called capitalism. All other alternatives are just different degrees of state intervention in the economy, maximum state intervention giving you communism, and socialism is somewhere around the middle
