I hate them too but mainly because they don't do their job equally. They only go after middle and lower class it seems. If all things were functioning as they were supposed to be then the IRS collecting and policing the taxes would not be a problem. The taxes would be cured in and agreed upon, etc. So there shouldn't be the big issues like now.
