Oh well, I assume you're talking car batteries and I've never had that problem ... at least as long as I can remember. Besides, as long as you can get the car/truck to start and drive it around for a spell, problem solved ... assuming your problem isn't the alternator in the first place.

No there wasn’t a problem they just wanted a battery you didn’t have to charge, which is basically asking for a perpetual motion machine, and this was asked dead serious. Public education is in bad shape I’m telling you.
