Hear hear. I was a small business owner in 2008... I opened up shop in 2004 in my early twenties, I tried (and obviously failed) to kill myself at 30 in despair after losing EVERYTHING. The bank wouldn't even accept the short-sale offer we came to them with for our underwater home, but two years later they auctioned it of for even less than the offer that could have saved my family from destruction... And THEY STILL got 'bailed out' and used that government aid to give their executives millions in bonuses!!! I'm not the same person I used to be. I'm grateful for the experience now in retrospect, but man, my heart aches for the people living that nightmare now.
