Apparently he's not the source & his attribution to others is questionable. It still stands, plain as day, that clever folk will manipulate numbers to suit their ends. I don't regard it as a refutation of all statistical analysis merely a warning to think closely about what "science" tells us. 60% of the time it works every time.
