This is absolutely true, but we have to be careful not to fall into the trap of the false dilemma. In other words, it's not "government" that's the problem per se, so getting rid of it doesn't address Spooner's problem. It's people with power that is the problem. It doesn't matter if they call their group a government, gang, organization, corporation, or anything else. Exploitation and subjugation WILL happen as long as there exist people who have more power than other people. The adjective used to describe the means by which the crime is carried out is irrelevant.
