I think what's most hurtful to us all is that we aren't in control even when we think we are. Even when 100,000 people show up to support their leader, they get infiltrated by Antifa and get destroyed by the optics and the enemy media.
Even when you give it your all, sometimes you can't change the hearts of the godless ones who want to be slaves. So you can blame me, but this is a time for self-reflection and facing reality so that we can figure out where to go from here. Must face the reality first though.

Have you even attended any of your county Republican Party's meetings?
My guess is that you haven't and there aren't a lot of people there. Over half a million people live in my county, and there were like a dozen people at the monthly meeting.
Conservatives need to actually grass-roots participate now, and push out the RINOs. You have a voice at meetings - unlike at the ballot box. These RINOs need to be getting defeated before the primary/general elections. Find other locals who are also fed up with RINOs, show up (like a mass immigration), and displace them. You probably don't even need that many people to show up, but the more the better.
Creating a third party is going to do fuck all except help leftists divide and rule.
