"Operation Trust" was a Bolshevik counterintelligence operation run from 1921 to 1926 aimed at neutralizing opposition by creating the false impression that a powerful group of military leaders had organized to stop the communists' takeover.

Here's an excerpt on the "Trust" operation from pages 13-14 of Soviet defector Anatoliy Golitsyn's book, "New Lies for Old":

who seems like an emotional mess

There you have it: AUTISM CONFIRMED.

What makes you think I'm an emotional mess beside your inability to discern social discourse?

You are replying emotionally - you do realise anger is an emotion right?

You couldn’t confirm if your shoelaces were tied correctly!

If your shoelaces were untied you would have to ask Q if that's part of the plan and he would tell you yes and then you would go outside and trip and fall and you would remember that fall comes after summer and realize that you were meant to fall then nothing would happen for multiple months and you would ponder what butterfly effect you had unleashed.

Nope, you’re wrong. I can tie my own shoelaces, and have been doing so for decades.

Aside from factual data, what I have gotten from reading Q for the past few years is the importance of verifying information myself, thinking for myself and preparing - all of which I was already doing, but positive reinforcement is always helpful.
