"Operation Trust" was a Bolshevik counterintelligence operation run from 1921 to 1926 aimed at neutralizing opposition by creating the false impression that a powerful group of military leaders had organized to stop the communists' takeover.

If your shoelaces were untied you would have to ask Q if that's part of the plan and he would tell you yes and then you would go outside and trip and fall and you would remember that fall comes after summer and realize that you were meant to fall then nothing would happen for multiple months and you would ponder what butterfly effect you had unleashed.
