Skinless duck makes a great substitute for a beef roast. The taste and mouth-feel will fool even the most squeamish people (assuming you cut the meat off the bones).

Grind up breast meat 70/30 with bacon (or more 'cuz bacon) to make a burger patty. It's not a total substitute for hamburger, but we can't all have cows roaming around.

I don't know if every type of duck tastes the same, but your meat varieties like Pekin and Cayuga work just fine.

The appeal with ducks is their cuteness and quacks. The fond childhood memories help too!

Ok. I'll look around here and see what I see. Truly I'd adore more like what I had as a kid. I even watched the two I had hatch! But I don't know what they're called.

Thanks for your input!

I've never heard of a toboggan duck. I gotta know, so take a look and see if they're any of these. Maybe describe them to me a little?

That's one of the ultimate dumpy ducks. Most of the old breeds like this will be all up in your shit when you're working in the yard. Once they know what a shovel is for, they'll never leave you alone if they see you with one.
