That's an average egg out of my ducks, chickens, and quail. It takes 3-4 quail eggs to equal 1 chicken egg, but like the duck eggs, quail eggs have a higher yolk to whites ratio. Ducks make a better sandwich egg, but I prefer the quail eggs for just about everything else.

IDK if you're joking or not, but they really did nigger-up our money. Occasionally, you'll get a 1-2 gram egg that will sit on a dime. That's only when you have a batch that just started laying.
