Fried and roasted mostly. The wife's breading is delicious with homemade gravy and mashed potatoes.

Doesn't feel right to eat cute things, somehow. Pigs are adorable, but bacon...

Between my quail and ducks, I murdered hundreds and hundreds of birds last year if you want to view it that way (I don't). They have very pampered lives as to minimize losses while they grow out. When the time comes, it's lights-out as humanely as possible.

They are very friendly little birds and will climb all over my hands and react to my voice. Consider subscribing, and I'll keep you stocked with pics and videos of it.
