As far as we know NEON is a limited hangout... LIkely to 'be supportive' of the movement until the time comes that we are "at apogee" (look it up if you dont understand orbital mechanics). At that critical point a push is given which will cause a massive change in the future with a relatively tiny effort now.
Q is likely done at apogee. Neon's post would be happening at apogee on the 8ch re-org to ... wherever is more secure. etc. Do I know if its a honeypot or not? nope. DO I CARE? Nope.
