Q’s format for disseminating information was to ask questions.. some were literal eg who owns such-and-such address, others were more thought-provoking/rhetorical/metaphorical eg when does a bird sing.. obviously some were fully answerable and verifiable through public record, and others were designed for a different reason. And there was random stuff in there too, but the questions that were asked, that I was able to answer through public record, were like jigsaw puzzle pieces - very useful.
