Ok it may not be called "QTV" but it seems to me like DJT is planning to roll out a new media system or perhaps a new network to compete on a level with CNN and even FOX. Look at the clues:

-John Solomon leaves The Hill to start a new TV media venture.

-DJT recently tweets our media is the "laughing stock".

-DJT is considering a bill to protect conservative content in social media.

-the Zuck recently hauled in to the WH.

-Fox is taking a direction more to the left and needs to draw the line in the sand for 2020. -8ch is still silent so Q has no platform.

-Even if 8ch starts up it's only one FF away to being shutdown forever (IMHO).

-Q cannot post ever again on 8ch because of how it's distorted in the MSM.

-Q always says "we are the new media" - now its time to make it so.

-DECLASS will get extremely distorted and twisted by MSM and it wont likely have the intended impact.

-Many journalists like Jeanine Piro need a platform especially for this election year.

-Sites like Judicial Watch absolutely need a daily presence in the mainstream.

This new media will not have the usual corporate ties to it so as to remain freedom based and will likely allow users to post conservative content and may even fill in for the missing 8ch for anon postings. Just a wild guess but DJT is going to need something like this to win in 2020 or the media - now intent on destroying him piece by piece by whatever means possible, will not relent and will be especially toxic in the incoming election year - the likes we have never seen.
