Then, 2 years before the ’16 election (during O’s 2nd ‘throneship’ – but during his ‘8-Year Plan’), Victoria Nuland (at State) and, Larry Summers (at Harvard and a W. advisor), to name a few, migrated, en masse, to the Democrat side because they were going to help HC with her ‘8-Year Plan’ (which didn’t come to fruition). That, of course, didn’t happen, and Trump is now battling them even though they began as ‘Conservatives’. The Neocons push a certain agenda, so where they end up isn’t geared to political parties; they end up backing the Deep State and the elites and what the DS ‘plan’ is.
