- The WJW Investment Trust from New Mexico won the Oklahoma lottery in 2006.
My own dig after reading this:
- Lottery not set up until 2005.
- First Lottery Commissioner- Jim Scroggins, executive director of the Oklahoma Lottery ruffled feathers by allowing anonymous wins after promising winners would have to reveal themselves. People were specifically upset at the $101.8 million won by the WJW Trust in 2006.
