Nadler wants to use 18 year-old emails from Judge K's time under Bush 2's reign. Why? Nadler and his cronies want to change the political balance of the court, from right to left. Nadler is a pawn for ratcheting up impeachment rhetoric for Judge K. BCP states that there is an "attempt to allow House Democrats to usurp powers granted to the SENATE" (not the House in which Nadler is a 'Biggie' [pun intended!]! diGenova states that this activity by Nadler "is not a legitimate legislative purpose." Martha on Fox says that once a person is confirmed on the SC, all ethics issues brought up in the past can't be relitigated. BCP now states that all of the actions of House Dems are "all about optics - not the rule of law". This has nothing to do with SC laws; it has everything to do with trying to tip the court to the left. BCP continues: Were crimes committed? Yes, but not by Judge K.
