Any advice I have might be too late. Hiring is a step in the right direction. He internalizes everything and is completely overwhelmed. Still has his wits about him but now he's essentially in Srayzie's shoes. His failure to handle that exposed the platform. I knew the pattern was consistent to that of a Twitter mob.
That being said, the seeds of deception are here as well.
You can tell he's getting sick of long time shills. That's what needs to happen. If trolls are allowed to take over and make Voat miserable, it's going to go downhill anyways. I don't think there's anything wrong with him telling certain people off. Good for him. About damn time. He knows who the bad ones are and he can tell their alts.
