Lying of agency employees etc. is not limited to child services, its rampant all over every gov't agency. Why? Because even though its a criminal activity no one actually ever gets charged let alone convicted. A citizen's defense? Record record record. And do not answer questions and learn the golden rule of asking for a lawyer. Since courts are packed with lawyers, this is still the best thing to do and it will be defended by the courts.
